Harassment over the telephone is a form of intimidation - report it to the Police.

Get an answering machine to screen your telephone calls. You don't have to speak to anyone you don't want to.

If you're receiving abusive or threatening messages on your machine, save them and report them to the police.

Keep a written record (including times/dates) of any abusive or harassing phone calls.
